.
37 Episode Anime= 31 Chapter Manga.

So.. for me i'm still enjoyed to watching this Arc. 😌😌

Alabasta and skypea had bad pacing imo, the start was good but the end was horribly paced

Alabasta and skypea had bad pacing imo, the start was good but the end was horribly paced

@Darkbestpro I mean yeah it still had the filler issue of many shonens of the time, especially Alabasta, but at least it wasn't baked into the canon content you know.

@Apratim I 100% agree that in Wano the pacing is very slow, they add a lot of anime original scenes to compensate but it doesn't change the fact that the main plot moves at a snail's pace, it's the reason I just switched to the manga at this point.

Is this question something that needs to be asked ? I thought it was obvious? Egghead has about 35 eps to it and they’ve legit already covered 65% of the arc .. wano pacing was a fucking disaster

One Piece is meant to be watched like a tv show, but I watched every episode one by one on wcotv because there is more new meaning in every anime I watch thx to one piece, and the pacing is ight ig but the titles of the episodes are there for a reason

For a new comer to anime it can be alright but i started watching one piece after 5-6 years of already in the anime fandom lol. So the pacing was really boring for me, 2x helped in the binge or else I wouldn't have watched it

yes? egghead is literally oda's response to criticism that he can't write shorter arcs. additionally the arc was written for tv. it has impeccable tv pacing with its action and emotional storytelling.

@a0t3a Well... if the series is random characters running and a lot of fillers inside canon episodes, maybe you are right. One pace fix the Toei errors.
