| I mean we all know what we are getting into with this anime and I can say it delivered. The animation is pretty good and the VA is as well and the elk boobs are amazing. I am interested to see how this develops if the story gets in more in depth (I'll be honest even if it doesn't I will still probably come back for more). |

@bastek66 that would depend on your own personal interpretation of what an isekai is.
originally isekai was simply considered to be 'other world (not our earth) stories', a direct fit to the translation of the word -> sekai = world, isekai = other world. but i think it was around 15 years ago when isekai popularity bloomed and the genre became more defined as 'reincarnation or relocation to another world' to fit with the majority of manga and anime at the time.
there are plenty people out there debating what truly defines an isekai just like the argument about sword art online being an isekai.
SO ------ this anime is both an isekai and not an isekai, but the more appropriate genre would be 'fantasy'.

| BTW, in the middle of the episode when the Elf was "poking" the cat... Did she just go into heat and touched the cat's 8=> ? . The plot seems interesting with the cat. Tho it feels like this is pretty much the cat version of that series with the "reincarnate as a dog"... and it's just going to be weird lewds and fanservices. . BTW... so their categorization for "friendly animal and enemy monsters" is yet again... based on the "public view of humans" (just like that other series with monster girls where certain species are viewed as friendly and others as "monsters"). A "Elemental Cat" is not a "monster" even tho it's not a normal cat. But it's viewed as friendly cause it looks just like a normal cat but has elemental powers. The same deal as "Elves" compared to some other species that doesn't "look nice" to human views. Cause a elf looks just like a normal humans but has longer ears. |
