- I like to play in the kitchen and mix recipes and ingredients when possible, the almond parduline are well done, combining the filling with a violata pasta casing gives birth to the pardulina!!! Very cute but above all very good.
INGREDIENTS:
For the violata pasta
300g of re-milled semolina
100/150g of water
1 tablespoon of lard
For the filling
300g of almond flour
150g of sugar
1 large egg white
1 teaspoon of lemon paste or grated zest
1 small glass of liqueur of your choice
For the icing
125g of icing sugar
water to taste in small doses
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
colored pearls to taste
Bake for 20 minutes in a hot oven at 170° for about 20 minutes
